5. PRICE YOUR HOME- At David Emonin Builders we take the time to give you
the most up to date and accurate pricing on your new home.

6. CHOOSE A LENDER- Meet with a lender to get pre-approved and determine
which loan program fits your needs.

7. FINALIZE PAPERWORK- Finalize the details of you new home in writing.

8. PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING- This is the final meeting before we begin
